Vlierbeek Abbey
Vlierbeek Abbey's turbulent history goes back to 1125. Over time the former guest quarters were converted into three houses which were restored in 2006.
The interior and exterior of the abbey's church, a monumental, rather homogeneous sandstone building in a neo-Classic style, were restored in 2001. It is currently the parish church of Vlierbeek.
