Access permit for tourist coaches
Tourist coaches may only enter the pedestrian zone for loading and unloading during the permitted hours.
If you transport tourists and need access outside these hours, you can apply for a permit.
Apply for a permit
Send an email to toegangsvergunning@leuven.be at least 2 working days before your visit.
- Subject: Tourist coach permit
- Include the following information:
- Company name
- Company address
- Company phone number
- Licence plate number
- Date of your visit
- Bus stop location
What happens next?
- You will receive a permit for the pedestrian zone, valid for 1 year.
- A few weeks before your permit expires, you will receive a reminder email so you can renew it on time.
